Tarot Readings in Shelbyville are performed by someone that is trained in how to read and interpret the symbolism of the Tarot Cards. Tarot Readers do not necessarily have to possess any psychic or supernatural gifts to perform Tarot Readings. It is more of a left-brain science (logical side of the brain) much like Astrology. I have found the best Tarot Readers are also initiates of the Golden Dawn Kabbalah*.
Having a Psychic Tarot Reading in Shelbyville is fulfilling.
hey guys, yogini Kala, here with your reading for the week your spirit message for the week and so I'm so glad you're here namaste the divine in me honors the divine within you and so I started with an angel card this week and the angel card that I'm going to pull around is the messages Transformation so that's actually a great card because nothing changes unless transformation is happening so I know a lot of us want change in different areas of our lives and perhaps even out in the world and of course those two things are not disconnected so the angel message starts with the idea of transformation and transformation is about letting go of the old letting go of what we're grasping on to and opening our hand for the new being open-hearted so I'm going to pull some cards around that idea of transformation hey guys so the message this week is I'm going to interpret two different interpretations so if you vibrate with me that means that there is a message here for you there are two distinct lines of interpretation that I'm seeing and it's fascinating you cannot make this up so I pulled the card transformation as you saw then the next card I pulled is this card Tamara and it's guiding children okay and it says you are good at helping counseling and healing children use your skills to help children now okay so what I want to show you is what's odd about that I pulled some other cards but another card that came up is children so I always find it really fascinating you know people talk about people who are skeptical of intuition but got the dimeric card and then this card of children and that card says your connection with children is part of your life's purpose so for those of you who are resonate with me this week as I said there are two angles that these cards could be interpreted along with the supporting cards which I will talk about so the first interpretation is that this is really for you that there are those of you out there the transformation will involve working with children helping them helping indigo and crystal children and all the sort of high vibrational children that are being born now I think there are many of us and this is something I get this card all the time look - oh god there's some of us who came into this world to help children so these children are coming in but they need guidance still of course and so so one interpretation this week and I'm going to talk about is guiding actual children in the world and that your transformation maybe with working with children okay because it's duplicated so when spirit really wants to get a message it sends it in two different ways and that's why I also like to read on different card decks because I think you get much more information but these are like completely so then the Tarot that I got the first card was the star reversed so in terms of this interpretation you may be feeling a little bit disillusioned about your dreams especially as they pertain to children and it could also be with in terms of having your own children or working with children and there's some sense of losing your way in terms of your dreams feeling a little bit less hopeful this is still a positive card but it is reversed here so I said you know give me more information about the star reverse that I got seven of cups reversed now this is a really good card reversed because it means that you are starting to narrow down focus from all of these choices all of these choices here you see this man just sort of overwhelmed by things like Fame wealth pleasure little temptations here and does the idea is that the true self is here so what choice will you make and so it's reversed so I read that as that you are now able this upcoming week to get some clarity and narrow down your dreams your fantasies your hopes as it relates to working with or having children in your life okay and then the all show cards that came up and these are Major Arcana cards so this is a big issue we got new vision and this new vision card means I'll first give you the general meaning then interpret it with regards to what's come up already this means that there have been difficult times they've been hard times you see somebody down on their knees and then up sort of dancing so you've been through a lot but you have now a new vision of the reason for the difficulties how you've grown as a result of the difficulties that you've had so basically you're able to learn and and see now sort of the beauty of life that yes there's pain but how you've grown and matured and evolved as a result of the pain and then we got I said tell me more we got another Major Arcana card creativity and this card is about saying let your creativity flow through you like like magic let it flow through like a stream and that true creativity comes from the divine through us through human beings and then we manifest it right through our bodies out into the world and that it'll be a blessing for you as well as a gift to those who see it hear it or however they interact with what you create so let's put that all together definitely some sort of transformation in terms of working with children guiding children helping children and there may have been a sense of disillusionment or losing almost losing your path but there seems to be with these tarot cards um moving from disillusionment or feeling off of your path to getting a little bit clearer and an understanding of the difficulties you've been through perhaps and how you can teach children right how to deal with difficulties and it will be in a creative manner so maybe some of you there it will be working with teaching children music or teaching them dance or teaching them art but finding creative expressions okay and it seems it's very important this is going to be a major turning point so that's one interpretation of all of these is outer children the second and equally valid interpretation is and again both cards have this meaning as well this one and this one it can be your inner child so let's read it as an inner transformation so for some of us and I've also had this come up for me for some of us we need to pay attention to our inner child and maybe that's why you're feeling a little bit lost and less excited about your dreams because you've lost touch with your inner child it's coming up is an opportunity this week to get clearer on it to narrow down your focus from all the different things that you like the different desires that you have and again the struggles you've been through yourself personally now you're now able to see how they've enriched your life you personally and you're able to express that through your creativity so with this inner interpretation you may tap into and allow your inner child to be creative maybe you always loved music or you loved to dance like when I was younger I studied dance it wasn't much with music but very good at dance and studied ballet and so on and so sometimes we put things in the past and maybe it's time to if you're vibrating with this as an internal message maybe it's time to revisit something that brought you a lot of joy when you were younger that is creative okay and it's going to be very very rich it's going to free up your inner child and your creativity is going to blossom so this resonates for those of you who are artists writers that you may need to get in touch with your muse with that part of yourself that like a little child is always creative right always making without any judgment they're just happy to create so a very clear message with regards to children this week so I'd love to hear from you how this plays out for you whether it's you starting to work with children teaching helping as a parent finding out maybe that you are going to be able to conceive a child or whether it's an inner transformation for you with your inner child and your own creativity so so I would like to just lead a short contemplation on this week's reading so about transformation okay to help you get more clear on which interpretation has to do with you in your life so come to sitting up nice and tall we'll just do about two minutes just really short meditation and I'm calling it a contemplation because contemplation implies the line is a little more active so just take a breath in sit up nice and tall lower your eyes nice deep belly breath and exhale drop your shoulders down just bring up a slight smile you're tuning into your own wisdom your inner wisdom your inner knowing so for those of you who the reading resonated with let's just you might want to bring one hand to your heart chakra or just have your hands resting down just ask yourself in what way is transformation calling to me in this week in what way is transformation the energy of transformation calling to be seen in my life this week is there a connection with children or my inner child that I need to see and be aware of is there a connection with children or my own inner child that I need to be aware of please allow this to be clear allow this to become known to me take a deep breath in exhale and allow the answer to come to you if this is for you allow the answer to come to you and just know that these type of spiritual answers it's wonderful you may overhear someone speaking and suddenly you're just drawn into that conversation and what they're speaking about a book may open to a page or you may see a book on a shelf you may be just surfing Amazon and something comes to you someone may offer you a book or show you a video okay so I hope that this contemplation was helpful for you that is message for this week I would love to work with you you can check the check below the video and see my contact information I do readings and then I also do ongoing coaching so the readings are kind of like a snapshot in time versus coaching on things like meditation and spirituality and different practices that I can teach you at a distance via Skype or phone and I'm mostly at this time working with women who are looking to transform their lives and really deepen their spirituality and find inner calm and a little more clarity in their lives and just feeling better especially also if you have health problems and your a lot of I'm meeting people now whose doctors are telling them you need to meditate because you hear stressed out you know so meditation is actually becoming a prescription which I find that really interesting so I would love to work with you and as I said I work with people at a distance and we can you know I can teach you that way all right so have a beautiful week do leave your comments below especially if you remember as the week goes on I'd love to hear from you give the video thumbs up if you liked it and stay blessed I also will be putting out videos I'm going to try for when days and Saturday or Sunday so I'm going to try four twice a week now Wednesdays and Saturdays or Sunday I'll do the forecast okay so do check back and be well shanthi shanthi shanthi.
Present day Tarot Cards draw most of their symbolism from the Kabbalah. If you want a Tarot Reading, you will want to ask the Tarot Reader if they have knowledge of the Kabbalah as well.
There are pros and cons to both; It is a matter of personal preference really which is better.
*The Kabbalah incidentally is a form of Jewish Mysticism that is
believed to have originated from Moses. However, Mystical Kabbalah is non-religious; it ties in all the Gods and Goddesses of the world. I am referring to Kabbalah, from the Golden Dawn System of thought, often called “Mystical Kabbalah” today. Writer’s such as: Dion Fortune, S.L. Macgregor Mathers, and Isreal Regardie disseminated the Mystical Kabbalah ideas through their early 1900 writings on the subject.
Spirit Messages: Tarot/Oracle & Angel Card Reading May 22- 28th
Empathy might seem like a nice-to-have extra, a touchy-feely quality that's most important in personal relationships and being a nice person outside work, but expert after expert insists this most human of attributes is actually a business essential. Having empathy, they say, improves your leadership, teaches you to ask the right questions, boosts teamwork, allows you to understand your customers, and can even help you get a loan.
All of which is good to know, but do each of us have any control over the amount of empathy we feel? Is our ability to sympathize with others' something that's set in childhood and unlikely to be altered with life experience? Can you learn to get inside others' heads?
If anyone should know the answer to these questions it's Roman Krznaric. He is a founding faculty member of The School of Life in London, an empathy adviser to organizations like Oxfam and the United Nations, and a former teacher of sociology and politics at Cambridge University. Recently he shared the latest science on empathy with UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center.
"Empathy doesn't stop developing in childhood. We can nurture its growth throughout our lives--and we can use it as a radical force for social transformation," he writes. "Research in sociology, psychology, history--and my own studies of empathic personalities over the past 10 years--reveals how we can make empathy an attitude and a part of our daily lives." If you want to increase your empathy quotient, he suggests developing several habits, including these:
Getting Curious About Strangers
That guy across the train car isn't just a potential competitor for the one open seat, he's also an object lesson in empathy, Krznaric insists. "Highly empathic people (HEPs) have an insatiable curiosity about strangers. They will talk to the person sitting next to them on the bus, having retained that natural inquisitiveness we all had as children, but which society is so good at beating out of us," he writes. "Curiosity expands our empathy when we talk to people outside our usual social circle, encountering lives and world views very different from our own. Curiosity is good for us too: Happiness guru Martin Seligman identifies it as a key character strength that can enhance life satisfaction."
So how do you do curiosity right? Don't just chat about the weather or the local sports team. Instead, try to understand what makes other people tick--especially those who seem quite different from you. "Set yourself the challenge of having a conversation with one stranger every week. All it requires is courage," suggests Krznaric.
Listening and Being Vulnerable
Increased empathy only comes through interacting with others, so you want your conversations to be as deep and revealing as possible. In order to do that, you need to develop two interrelated skills, says Krznaric--radical listening and making yourself vulnerable.
"HEPs listen hard to others and do all they can to grasp their emotional state and needs, whether it is a friend who has just been diagnosed with cancer or a spouse who is upset at them for working late yet again," he writes, adding, "but listening is never enough. The second trait is to make ourselves vulnerable. Removing our masks and revealing our feelings to someone is vital for creating a strong empathic bond. Empathy is a two-way street."
Expanding Your Circle of Empathy
Empathizing with a poverty-stricken child or recently laid off friend probably comes naturally. The trick when it comes to increasing your empathy is to challenge yourself to see the perspective of those with whom you have less natural sympathy--perhaps even with your enemies. "A final trait of HEPs is that they do far more than empathize with the usual suspects," Krznaric says. "We also need to empathize with people whose beliefs we don't share."
What does this look like in practice? "If you are a campaigner on global warming, for instance, it may be worth trying to step into the shoes of oil company executives--understanding their thinking and motivations--if you want to devise effective strategies to shift them towards developing renewable energy."
This is also a particularly powerful approach for business leaders. "Bill Drayton, the renowned 'father of social entrepreneurship,' believes that … mastering empathy is the key business survival skill because it underpins successful teamwork and leadership," he points out.
